Our employee benefits practice serves as "benefits counsel" to many clients in this unique and complex area of law. We assist employers with choosing the employee benefits packages that both satisfy the employees' needs and the employer's budget and tax advantages. We then draft and implement the benefit plan and services. Periodically, we review plan documents for necessary legal or discretionary changes.
